The Housekeepers where amazing, I remember a girl named Brandi she was very polite sweet accommodating. The cleanliness was amazing. I was shocked how busy she was but was still making sure the other workers had what they needed. Perfect!!!

I didn't enjoy the front desk the girl she was very rude. I also witnessed a boss the GM screaming at her workers as if they were peons. I never seen such sadness that day. The woman should not be allowed to speak to anyone the way she did. So sad!

The king room was awesome with a spacious work desk and a fantastic bathroom setup! The location of this place was spot on, super convenient to everything nearby. 🌟

The bed was very comfy. The room was great-sized and spotless, with a recliner, Wi-Fi, and an iron. The bathroom was amazing and the bathtub had good sewerage. The hotel is located in a magnificent, favorable location in Wooster, close to the center and several shops.

It was an excellent place, had absolutely kind and accommodating staff in the supposed general manager. The hotel had a magnificent location really close to Second Baptist Church. Took a walk around city center, located just a short stroll away from the venue.

Great breakfast choice with sausage, wide food selections and several hot items including scrambled eggs. Easy check-in and late check-out, parking close to the hotel. The pool is clean and relaxing too.

Generally, really enjoyed this well-maintained and charming accommodation with CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS staff in the supposed general manager. The location was central, adjacent to local shops and eateries, and the nicest downtown area. Furthermore, in the center of town.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed trying out the experimental muffins and quesadillas that the breakfast cook was handing out. The staff was friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with plenty of wood and granite. The check-in process was quick and easy.

The noise from Liberty Street could be quite disruptive, especially during the night.

The hotel smelled musty when walking into the lobby. The key cards didn't work properly so it would take a dozen swipes to get into the room. The elevator felt unsafe and the air conditioning g didn't work in the first room we were in so we had to move. The same thing happened when we stayed at your hotel two years ago. The hotel had a shabby feeling overall. I expected more after readi g the hotel had been renovated.
